Core principle
Membership fees become payable only after the application is approved. No payment is requested from the applicant upon submitting the application or before it is approved.
No refund after activation
Once the membership has been activated, the membership fee is non-refundable.
Exceptional payment cases
Should an exceptional payment case arise, Riyadah reviews it according to the transaction status and the applicable policy.
Upgrade and plan change
No refund applies when upgrading a plan; only the plan differential is charged on a pro-rated basis according to the remaining term.
