Data we collect

We collect the data you provide at registration (name, email, mobile, entity details), your usage data within the platform (events, consultations, member-to-member networking), and basic billing data.

Use of data

We use your data to provide core membership services, process financial transactions, issue invoices, send service notifications, and enable networking according to your settings. We do not use your data for marketing purposes except with your explicit consent.

Data sharing

We do not sell members' data. Data is shared only with: (a) operational service providers (payment, email, WhatsApp) within the limits of what the service requires, and (b) official authorities when legally required.

Member-network data

Your contact details (email, mobile) are not shown to any other member without your explicit consent via your privacy settings. You can control your visibility level and withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, or delete it (subject to statutory obligations such as invoice retention). You can submit a request via the support team shown on the contact page.

Event registration data and photography

When you register for an event, we process your registration data to manage your participation and to communicate with you about the event. Registration requires accepting the Event Registration Terms (section 11 of the Terms & Conditions), which include the photography and publication provision: attendees may be photographed and recorded during the event, and the images and footage may be used and published for documentation, media coverage, and promotion of Riyadah events, subject to your statutory rights. With each registration we keep the version of the terms you accepted and when. You can contact us about photography or withdraw your consent through the channels listed under “Privacy contact” below; a withdrawal is recorded on your registration and shared with the event team, without affecting your registration or ticket.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the platform (such as login sessions). They are not used for tracking-based advertising.

Data security

We follow advanced security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted internal access. Every sensitive operation is recorded in the operations log.
