1. Introduction
These Terms govern the relationship between Riyadah and the users and members of the Riyadah platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Application submission
Submitting a membership application requires no payment and does not automatically grant membership. You may submit your application without paying any fees.
3. Review and approval
Every application is reviewed by the Riyadah team, which may accept or decline it according to its internal criteria. The applicant is notified of the review decision by email and in-platform notifications.
4. Payment
After the application is approved, the applicant is asked to pay the membership fee through a secure payment step. A tax invoice is issued upon completion of payment. No payment is requested before approval, and applicants whose applications are not approved are not charged.
5. Membership activation
Membership is activated after the fees are paid successfully. Upon activation, the member is granted a membership number and the consultation credit for the plan.
6. Membership duration
The membership term is twelve (12) Gregorian months beginning on the activation date, and expires automatically unless renewed.
7. Refund
No payment is requested before an application is approved. Once the membership has been activated, the membership fee is non-refundable. Exceptional payment cases are reviewed by Riyadah according to the transaction status and the applicable policy.
8. Upgrade and renewal
A member may upgrade their plan at any time at a pro-rated price; the system does not support downgrading. You receive a reminder ahead of your membership expiry with sufficient time to renew.
9. Network and data use
A member's data is shown to other members only with the member's explicit consent. Using members' data for direct marketing without their consent is prohibited, and Riyadah may suspend a membership in the event of network misuse.
10. Events and consultations
Events are subject to capacity limits and members may be placed on a waitlist. Consultation hours are deducted from the member's balance upon confirming a session and are not refunded in the case of a no-show without prior notice.
11. Membership suspension
Riyadah may suspend any member's membership in the event of a breach of these Terms or harm to the platform's reputation, with the suspension logged in the operations record and the member notified.
12. Limitation of liability
The platform provides its services on an “as is” basis, and Riyadah bears no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Information exchanged between members does not constitute formal legal or investment advice.
13. Amendments to the Terms
Riyadah may amend these Terms at any time, and members are notified of any material amendment by email and platform notifications before the amendment takes effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
